Step cooking

  1. We heat 200 ml of milk until warm, up to about 36-38 degrees, place in a bowl for kneading dough.
    Pour warm milk into a bowl.
  2. Add 25 grams of fresh yeast, one teaspoon of sugar. Mix everything thoroughly with a kitchen spatula and leave it in a warm place for 10-15 minutes, until foam appears over the milk.
    Add sugar and yeast, mix.
  3. When a foam appears over the entire surface of the milk, break two eggs into the milk, add half a teaspoon of salt and two to three tablespoons of olive oil.
    Add eggs, as well as vegetable oil.
  4. Beat the milk yeast mixture well with a whisk until smooth, begin to add wheat flour.
