Step cooking

  1. We take 500 g of broccoli and divide into inflorescences. We place the inflorescences in a deep container, fill with water and leave to soak for about 1 hour in order to completely clean the product from specks and dirt.

  2. Then, once again, well wash the inflorescences under running water (under the tap).
    Each piece is then washed again under running water.
  3. We put a pot of water on the stove and bring the water to a boil.
    In a saucepan, bring the water to a boil.
  4. We put broccoli in boiling water and cook over medium heat for 10-15 minutes (until soft).
    We spread the broccoli in boiling water and cook.
  5. After a specified period of time, we get the inflorescences from the water and put them in a glass from the blender.
    We get boiled broccoli.
  6. Thoroughly grind broccoli in mashed potatoes using a blender (if you do not have a blender, you can grind the inflorescences by grinding them with a sieve).
