Step cooking

  8. Add - if necessary - 1-2 tbsp. l hot milk.
    Add a little milk, adjusting the consistency of mashed potatoes.
  9. Also add 5-10 g of butter.
    Add a piece of butter.
  10. Pepper to taste. We try, if necessary - add salt. Whisk again with a blender.
    Salt, pepper and grind the mass again.
  11. When serving, decorate with herbs.
    A light cauliflower puree is ready.

Useful Tips

  • You can simply boil the cabbage in water, and then beat with milk, cream or sour cream.
  • If desired, add mashed fried onions and a couple of cloves of garlic to this puree.
  • Cheese (hard or processed) will add special tenderness to the puree, which should be grated first.
  • The addition of mustard and curry powder will add a piquant flavor to the dish.
  • For mashed potatoes, you can use frozen cauliflower, you do not need to defrost it before cooking, immediately dip it in boiling water or milk.
