Ingredients

dry cream 100 g
salt taste
water 1 liter

Step cooking

  1. Rinse one medium sized pumpkin thoroughly under running water and pat dry with paper towels. Then cut the pumpkin in half and remove the seeds, then peel the pumpkin. Cut the peeled pumpkin into small pieces.

  2. Place the chopped pumpkin in the bowl of the multicooker and fill it with 2/3 of the water. Do not fill the pumpkin completely with water, because in this case the mashed potatoes will turn out liquid. Close the lid of the multicooker, turn it on and select the “Extinguishing” mode for 1 hour. If you do not have a slow cooker, you can cook mashed potatoes in a saucepan under a lid over low heat.

  3. When ready, take out the multicooker bowl and drain all the liquid from the pumpkin. Salt pumpkin to taste. Then pour 100 g of cream into the bowl and mix everything with a spoon.
