  3. Pour 250 grams of sugar into apples and mix thoroughly with a kitchen spatula. We leave the apples for several hours at room temperature so that they can "let" the juice.

  4. After the apples "let" the juice, pour 250 milliliters of water into the pan. We turn on the gas or electric stove, put on it a pan with apples and bring to a boil over medium heat. After the apples have begun to boil, cook them for 30-40 minutes on low heat until they become soft. Turn off the fire and beat the apples with a blender until smooth.

  5. Turn on the gas or electric stove on a small fire and cook the mashed potatoes with the lid closed for another 15 minutes. Be careful, mashed potatoes “shoot”, and you can seriously burn yourself.
