  • Fresh or frozen vegetables - 150-200 g
  • Carrots - 1/2 pcs.
  • Champignons - 250 g
  • Soy sauce - 2-3 tbsp. l
  • Spicy sweet chili sauce - 1-2 tsp.
  • Starch - 1/2 tsp
  • Rice vinegar - 1 tbsp. l
  • Sugar - 1 tsp.
  • Water - 1.5 L
  • Cold water - 1 l

Step cooking

  1. To begin with, pour 1.5 l of clean filtered water into the pan, salt and bring to a boil. In a saucepan, bring the water to a boil.
  2. We put buckwheat noodles into boiling water. Stir and cook until half cooked. Boil buckwheat noodles in boiling water.
  3. Next, we transfer the noodles into a container with cold water and rinse. We wash the finished noodles in cool water.
  4. After that, decant the excess liquid and add 2 tsp to the noodles. olive or sesame oil. Mix. We fill the washed noodles with sesame or olive oil.
  5. We thoroughly wash the mushrooms and, if necessary, clean them. If the mushrooms are young, peeling them is not necessary. Prepared mushrooms are cut into thin plates. Pour 1-2 tablespoons into a well-heated pan l sunflower oil or any other oil intended for frying. We spread the chopped mushrooms into the pan. Fry for 4-5 minutes over medium heat, stirring occasionally. cut the mushrooms in plates and fry in a pan.
  6. While the mushrooms are fried, peel 1/2 small carrots from the skin and cut it into thin strips. Optionally, you can use the Korean carrot grater. Next, shift the mushrooms to the side and add the carrots to the pan, as well as any other vegetables as you wish. You can use ready-made vegetable mixtures or add only broccoli, bell pepper, cauliflower or Brussels sprouts, etc. Stir and fry over medium heat for 7-8 minutes. Add carrots grated on a Korean grater to the mushrooms, other vegetables as desired.
  7. At this time, peel 2 cloves of garlic and cut into small cubes, after which chopped garlic is added to the remaining ingredients in a pan. Mix and fry for 1-2 minutes. Season mushrooms with vegetables and garlic.
