Kitchen appliances and utensils:

Ingredients

Champignon 300 g
Potatoes 300 g
Sour cream 100 g
Vermicelli Spider Web 50-70 g
Vegetable oil 50 g
Carrot 150 g
Bow 1-2 pcs.
Bay leaf 1 PC.
Dill greens salt mol. pepper 0, 5 beam
Salt 5-8 g
Ground pepper 1 pinch

Step cooking

  1. We fill a small saucepan designed for a family of 4 people with water, put it on a fire, wait for the water to boil. While the water is boiling, rinse the potato tubers with cold water. We take the knife and peel it, wash it again, cut it into cubes of about 1 cm.
    Dice the potatoes.
  2. We send potatoes to a pot of boiling water. The fire under the pan is slightly reduced, we give the potato the opportunity to cook not very quickly.
    We put a pot of water on the fire, and when it boils, put the potatoes there.
  3. Now we move on to preparing other ingredients. We clean the medium-sized onion from the husk, wash it, then finely chop it on a cutting board.
    Grind onions.
  4. We put a frying pan on the fire, pour vegetable oil there, let it warm up well. I advise you to use refined oil, such as you used before and know that it is of high quality. In no case do not take the oil bought on the market from old traders - it can foam, be bitter, and this confirms the presence of harmful substances and a violation of production technology.
    We heat the pan, pour vegetable oil on it.
  5. When we see that the oil has warmed up, add chopped onions to the pan and fry over low heat, stirring constantly.
    Fry onion in oil.
  6. We wash the carrots, rub on a fine grater, add to the onion, mix, continue to fry, making a slow fire. For soup, choose sweet, juicy varieties of carrots.
    Add grated carrots to the onion in the pan.
  7. Wash mushrooms several times under running water, cut into slices. They should not be small, we cut mushrooms with 4-5 plates along.
    We cut champignons into thin slices.
  8. We send the mushrooms into the pan, mix and continue to fry until all the water has gone. Champignons can be bought in a supermarket, a vegetable stall, where you always buy vegetables. Pay attention to the freshness of the product was the first, do not buy stale on the shelves, they are visible on brown spots on the surface. If you are an amateur mushroom picker, collect, dry them, are sure that there will be no harm - you can use the collected ones yourself.
    Add the mushrooms to the roast.
  9. When the mushrooms are ready, spread the sour cream to them, mix, simmer for 2-3 minutes. Use sour cream at your discretion, depending on which, fatty or nonfatty product you prefer.

  10. Then put all the stewed vegetable ingredients in a boiling pot with potatoes.
    Put the frying in the soup.
  11. Immediately add the vermicelli, which should be very thin. If this is not the case, try chopping homemade noodles - it goes well with this soup.
    At the end of cooking, add vermicelli to the soup.
  12. Now do not forget to salt the soup, add to it a bay leaf, a little ground pepper, let it boil for 7-8 minutes at a very low fire. When the soup is ready, the bay leaf can be removed so that there is no saturated smell from it.
    At the end, you can extract bay leaf from the soup so that it does not give unnecessary bitterness.
  13. Add chopped fresh herbs to an almost ready dish.
    You can also add chopped greens to the dish.
  14. After a few minutes, the dish can be served.
