  • Sugar - 2 tbsp. l
  • Salt and pepper - to taste
  • Lemon juice - 40 ml.
  • Mustard - 2 tbsp. l

Step cooking

  1. First, prepare a deep saucepan and grate beets on a coarse grater. When cooking beets, be sure to add lemon juice or 1 tbsp. l vinegar. Three boiled beets on a grater.
  2. To the beets we rub fresh cucumbers, from which all the stalks were previously cut off. grate a fresh cucumber on the same grater.
  3. Then we rub the boiled eggs and send to the pan to all the vegetables. grate boiled eggs.
  4. Chop finely green onions and dill, send to the pan and mix thoroughly. Grind fresh green onions and dill, add to previously prepared foods.
  5. Add a liter of kefir to the vegetables and mix. Add kefir to the dish.
