Ingredients

Cucumbers 1 kg
Garlic 8-9 cloves
Hot pepper 1/2 pcs.
Dill (fresh and umbrellas) 1 bunch
Parsley 1 bunch
Dry mustard 1/2 tsp
Allspice 5-6 pcs.
Salt 1 tbsp. l (no slide)
Sugar 1 tbsp. l
Wine Vinegar (or 6%) 2 tbsp. l

Step cooking

  1. Wash approximately 1 kilogram of cucumbers under running water. Pour very cold water into a deep bowl and soak the cucumbers in it for 2-4 hours (the more the better).

  2. After this time, you need to chop the cucumbers. Remove their ponytails and cut them into quarters (if the cucumbers are small, then just cut them in half).
