  • dried prunes - 50 g
  • mayonnaise - 40 g
  • freshly squeezed lemon juice - 40 ml
  • parsley - 5 branches
  • table or sea salt - 2 pinches
  • granulated sugar - 20 g
  • ground black pepper - optional

  1. First, pickle the onions. We peel the onion from the husk, rinse with cold water, and then cut into the thinnest half rings. To prepare this salad, it is best to use table onions of either white or blue variety. chop the onion
