  • Lamb - 700 g
  • Fat tail fat - 100 g
  • Eggplant - 430 g
  • Sweet pepper - 340 g
  • Large tomatoes - 500 g
  • Tomatoes (small) - 250 g
  • Potato - 500 g
  • Garlic - 10 g
  • Onions - 400 g
  • Bitter peppers - 1 pc.
  • Vegetable oil - 150 g
  • Salt, pepper - to taste
  • Cilantro - 20 g
  • Parsley - 20 g
  • Green onion - 20 g

Step cooking

  1. Cut fat tail fat (100 g) into small pieces. Put it in a preheated pan and simmer over low heat for 7-8 minutes. First, fry the fat of the fat in a pan.
  2. Cut the lamb (700 g) into medium slices, if necessary, remove the mucus and streaks. Cut the lamb into small pieces.
  3. Remove the pieces of fat from the pan, put the meat out, mix and fry over medium heat for 5-6 minutes. we remove the fat tail from the pan, spread the meat to fry.
  4. Onions (400 g) cut into small cubes, put in meat, mix and simmer for 10 minutes. Add finely chopped onion to the meat.

  7. Now you need to prepare the sauce. To do this, wash large tomatoes (500 g), cut into 4 parts and send into a blender bowl. Put the sliced ​​tomatoes into the blender bowl.
  8. Add peeled garlic (10 g) and chopped chilli peppers (1 pc.). Add garlic and hot pepper to the tomatoes.
  9. Wash sweet peppers (340 g), remove the stalk, seeds, chop finely and send part to a blender bowl (250-300 g). Add sweet pepper to the blender as well.
  10. Grind vegetables into a uniform dense mass. The resulting sauce will be needed for further cooking. Grind vegetables with a blender.
  11. Thoroughly wash the cilantro, parsley and green onions (20 g each), dry and chop finely. Wash the potatoes (500 g), peel, cut into small cubes and transfer to a bowl with water. Now you need to take a clay pot, put the sauce (2 tbsp.), A little chopped greens, meat with onions (2-3 tbsp.), Chopped cubes of potatoes and tomatoes (small). At the bottom of the baking pot, put the sauce, chopped cilantro, meat, potatoes and tomatoes.
  12. Season with salt and pepper to taste, put a layer of sweet pepper, eggplant and cover with sauce. Then add the eggplant and cover it all with the sauce.
