Cooked sausage 250 g
Cucumbers 2 pcs.
Radish 150 g
Green onion 1 bunch
Kefir 500 ml
Boiled water 400 ml
Mayonnaise 2 tbsp. l
Mustard 1 tbsp. l
Salt taste
Greenery for decoration

Step cooking

  1. Pre-boil 3 potatoes in their skins (in salted water) and 3 eggs. We clean the eggs and cut them into cubes.
    Dice hard-boiled eggs.
  2. Peel the potatoes and cut them into cubes (the knife blade is periodically wetted with cold water).
    We also cut boiled potatoes into a cube.
  3. We cut into the same cubes 250 g of cooked sausage (instead of sausage, you can take boiled veal or chicken).
    Dice boiled sausage.
  4. Diced 2 cucumbers, removing the tails.
    Fresh cucumbers are also diced.
  5. We cut the tails of 150 g of radish and again cut into cubes.
    We also cut the radish into a cube.
  6. Finely chop the bunch of green onions.
    Grind fresh chives.
  7. We put all the ingredients in a pan, mix gently.
    Combine all chopped ingredients in a large container and mix.
  8. Add 2 tbsp. l mayonnaise and 1 tbsp. l mustard.
    Season the dish with mayonnaise and mustard.
  9. Pour in 500 ml of kefir, stir well.
    Add kefir to the okroshka.
  10. Add 400 ml of ice boiled water (can be with ice), mix.
    Add ice water and mix.
  11. We try the resulting okroshka and add salt, mayonnaise, mustard to our own taste. We put the pan with ready-made okroshka in the refrigerator, it should be infused for at least an hour.
    So we have prepared a classic okroshka with sausage according to a simple and affordable recipe.

  • Any greens that you love will only improve the taste of okroshka, so you can safely add dill, parsley and more.
  • If you decide to replace the sausage with meat, take nonfat, because okroshka is a model of health benefits.
