Beef meat 300 g
Pork meat 300 g
Milk 100 g
White bread 2 slices
Bow 2 pcs.
Vegetable oil (for frying) 150 g

Did you know? Home-made minced meat will be the best. To do this, you need to buy high-quality, fresh tenderloin of beef and pork without veins and with a minimum amount of fatty layers. The best option is farm meat. You can buy ready-made stuffing, but you need to check its quality. Sometimes, even in branded supermarkets, various additives are added to the stuffing so that it retains its appearance and color longer.

Step cooking

  1. To start, we’ll deal with minced meat. To create the minced meat yourself, you will need to rinse the meat, remove excess from it - fat, veins, cut into small pieces and pass through a meat grinder.
    We cut the meat into pieces and pass through a meat grinder.
  2. Peel two onions, rinse with running water, cut into 4 pieces each and also pass through a meat grinder.
    We cut the onion into large pieces and also send it to a meat grinder.
  3. Pour two pieces of white bread or a bun with milk, leave for a couple of minutes to swell, squeeze and pass through the meat grinder after the meat.
    Pour the loaf with milk, and then squeeze it and also pass through the meat grinder.
  4. Add salt and pepper to taste.
    Add salt and spices to the minced meat to taste.
  5. Mix all components thoroughly. It is advisable to try the minced spices, so that the finished patties are as tasty as possible.

  6. Now grease your hands with vegetable oil or just moisten with water and form cutlets. To do this, take a small amount of minced meat in one palm, give it the desired shape with both hands, shifting from palm to palm so that protein stands out from the meat. So cutlets during frying will retain their shape. Make them round or oval, slightly flattened so that the minced meat is well fried.
    We form cutlets.
  7. Pour the vegetable oil into the preheated pan, let it heat, put the minced meat blanks over the entire surface. Fry on each side for 4-5 minutes over medium heat.
    Fry products on both sides in a well-heated pan.
  8. Then add a little water to the pan, about 1-1.5 cups, cover, make the stove fire small and simmer for 10-15 minutes. Do not forget to turn the patties on the other side every five minutes.
    It is advisable to steam the minced meat cutlets of beef and pork under the lid, pouring a little water into the pan.
  9. Cutlets can be served with any side dish. It can be mashed potatoes or favorite porridge, beans. The decoration will be finely chopped greens, and gravy will add piquancy to the side dish. For those who prefer to eat right, the best side dish for cutlets is a light vegetable salad seasoned with olive oil.
    Serve such cutlets with any garnish.
