  1. In a deep bowl, add 1 cup of jam and 1 teaspoon of soda. Mix the jam with soda.

  4. Pour in 1 cup of kefir and mix the dough. Add a glass of kefir.
  5. Next, send 1 cup of sugar to the mixture. Shuffle. Add sugar and mix everything.
  6. Sieve 1.5 cups flour and 3 tablespoons of cocoa into a separate bowl through a sieve. If you do not like the chocolate flavor in baking, then replace cocoa with flour. Add dry ingredients to liquid ones. The consistency of the dough should look like thick sour cream. If it is too liquid, add a little more sifted flour. For spices, use cinnamon, cloves, ginger, and nutmeg to taste. Knead a uniform dough. Add the flour with cocoa, spices to taste and mix the dough.

Baking

  1. Cover the baking dish with parchment paper or a little butter. If you take a silicone mold, then you do not need to lubricate it. We cover the baking dish with parchment.
  2. Put the dough in the mold. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Send the baking to the oven. Pour the dough into the mold, send to the oven.
  3. Bake for 40-45 minutes. Cooking time depends on the capacity of your oven. Check readiness with a toothpick or wooden stick. Pierce the mowing with a toothpick, if there is no dough left on it and it is not wet, then the mowing is ready. Such baking is baked for 40 minutes.
