  1. First, prepare the spinach. To do this, send a pot of water to the fire, let it boil. Add half a teaspoon of salt. Prepare a colander in advance. Dip 600 g of fresh spinach in boiling water and leave for half a minute.
    Immerse the spinach in boiling water for a few minutes.
  2. Then we get it out with the help of a slotted spoon and put it on a colander, let it drain excess fluid. We do this so that during frying, spinach does not release juice so actively. We rinse it under cold water and wring it. If cooking frozen spinach, simply rinse it with water and wring it out. Then we cut it arbitrarily.
    We discard the leaves in a colander and let the liquid drain.
  3. We send the pan to the fire, let it heat. Add 2-3 tablespoons of vegetable oil and two teaspoons of sesame oil, heat. It is very convenient to cook this dish in a wok pan.

  4. Peel 8 cloves of garlic, chop finely and send to the pan. Fry, stirring occasionally.
