Ingredients

  • Chicken (drumstick) - 500 g
  • Purified Water - 2.5 L
  • Potato - 500 g
  • Carrots - 1 pc.
  • Onions - 2 pcs.
  • Cream cheese - 200 g
  • Butter - 1-2 tbsp. l
  • Green onion - 0.5 bunch
  • Parsley - 0.5 bunch
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground black pepper to taste
  • A mix of Italian herbs to taste
  • Bay leaf - 1-2 pcs.

Step cooking

  1. If we use processed cheese in briquettes, then it must first be put in the freezer. Put the chicken pieces in the pan. Pour in cold water and set on fire. We spread the chicken drumsticks in the pan, fill them with water.
  2. Bring to a boil over high heat. Remove the resulting foam with a slotted spoon. We bring the broth to a boil, remove the foam with a slotted spoon.
  3. We clean one onion, cut it crosswise and add to boiling water. There we add a bay leaf. Reduce the heat so that the water boils slightly. Cook chicken for 25-30 minutes. Add the onion and bay leaf to the broth.
  4. Meanwhile, peel and cut the potatoes into small cubes. Dice the potatoes.
  5. We clean and finely chop the remaining onion head. Grind the onion.
  6. Peel and grate the carrots. Rub the carrots on a grater.
  7. Put the frying pan on the fire, add and melt the butter. We heat the pan with a piece of butter.
  8. Pour onion and carrots into the heated oil. Stirring, fry for 7-8 minutes, so that the onions and carrots are slightly browned. Fry onion with carrots in oil.
  9. We take out the onion head from the broth. The bulb can be obtained from the soup.
  10. Add potatoes to the pan. We put potatoes in the broth.
