  • dried fruits - 100-150 g;
  • butter - 10 g.

Cooking

  1. Boil rice in milk. Set to cool.
  2. From dried fruits (you can take raisins, prunes, dried apricots), pre-soak the raisins in water.
  3. Beat the eggs, add sugar to them and beat again.
  4. Pour eggs with sugar and sour cream into the cooled rice.
  5. Throw the raisins into a colander and pour them to the total mass. Add dried fruit to taste. If they are large, cut into small pieces.
  6. Mix all the ingredients well.
  7. Grease the bowl of the multicooker with oil and pour the mixture into it, smooth it. Cook in the “Baking” mode for 50 minutes.
