  • rice - 450 g
  • bottled water - 40 ml
  • granulated sugar - 50 g
  • table salt - 20 g
  • rice vinegar - 20 ml
  • fried chicken fillet or smoked chicken breast - 2 pcs.
  • cucumber - 2 pcs.
  • green onions - 2 pcs.
  • cream cheese - 150 g
  • nori - 4 pcs.
  • sesame seeds - 100 g

Step cooking

Rice preparation

  1. First, rinse several times with running cold water 450 g of rice. Next, boil the product until cooked in a double boiler or in any other way convenient for you. Rinse and boil the rice.
  2. Now prepare a dressing for rice. In a small deep bowl, mix 40 ml of warm bottled water, 50 g of sugar, 20 g of salt and 20 ml of rice vinegar. Cooking rice dressing.
  3. Pour the dressing to the rice and mix the ingredients well. Season the rice and mix.

Preparation of other products

  1. Two large chicken fillets are washed, dried and cut into long strips about 1 cm wide. Fry the meat in a pan until cooked and a rich golden crust appears.   3. Gently twist the roll, then straighten the sidewalls and thoroughly roll the formed product in the fried sesame seeds. We form a roll and roll it in sesame.
  4. Similarly, we collect the remaining rolls. We cut each roll with a wet knife into 8 parts, and after that we beautifully serve the dish. Serve rolls with chicken traditionally. with avsabi and ginger.
