Ingredients

Dorado fish 2 pcs. medium size
Lemon 1 PC.
Garlic 1 clove
Thyme 4 branches
Rosemary 2 branches
Spinach 50 g
Large Sea Salt 4-6 g
Ground black pepper Taste
Olive oil 1-2 tbsp. l

Step cooking

You can cook any grilled fish that you like. This recipe describes the process of making dorado. Previously, any fish needs to be cleaned from the insides and peeled off. Under running water, 2 fish are thoroughly washed from the entrails. If this is not done, then the fish will have an unpleasant bitter aftertaste.
  1. Fins are removed from all sides, as they will immediately burn out and the fish will smell bad. We recommend using kitchen scissors for this procedure.

  2. The cavity of both fish is salted with a pinch of large-sized sea salt. Half of crushed garlic clove is placed in each belly of the fish. Thus, the dish will become fragrant. Inside the dorado fish put 1 sprig of rosemary and 2 sprigs of thyme.

  3. Cut 1 lemon in half and cut in half circles. Each fish is required to put 2-4 lemon slices. Sourness will add sophistication to the dish.

  4. Dorado is also filled with young spinach. Each fish will require approximately 25 grams of greenery. To ensure that all the filling does not drop out of the fish, skewers of medium length are used. They are cut in half with kitchen scissors. In several places they pierce the belly of the fish.

The finished product is removed from the grill and placed on beautiful plates for serving, slightly salted and pepper on top. Half a lemon is cut into slices and served with grilled fish. You can season the finished product with other spices that you like. You can also serve fish with a side dish, for example, rice or mashed potatoes.
