  • Fish fillet - 500 g
  • Ketchup - 50 g
  • Carrots - 2 pcs.

  • Onions - 2 pcs.
  • Salt to taste
  • Water - 70-100 ml
  • Spices to taste

  1. First you need to prepare all the necessary vegetables. Peel 2 small onions from the husk and cut them into small cubes, as if to fry. Next, peel two small carrots and rub them on a coarse grater. Optionally, carrots can be cut into thin strips. Sweet peppers are cleaned of seeds and remove the stalk and internal hard parts, and then cut into small pieces. Next, put the pan on the stove, pour vegetable oil into it and warm it up well. In the preheated oil, spread the chopped onion first, and then the grated carrots. Constantly stirring, fry until they become soft. Saute the onions and carrots
