  • skimmer;
  • medium grater;
  • a frying pan;
  • tea spoon;
  • fork;
  • scapula;
  • ladle;
  • dinner plate;
  • plate for serving soup.

Ingredients

Prepared pink salmon carcasses 600 g
Potatoes 500 g
Carrot 1 PC.
Bow 2 pcs.
Sunflower oil 1-2 tbsp. l
Water 2.5 l
Butter 30 g
Bay leaf 1 PC.
Dill 1 bunch
Salt 1 tsp
Cream 20-33% 200 ml

Step cooking

  1. Peel 500 g of potatoes. Cut into halves 250 g of potatoes and put them in a pan.
    Peel and cut in half 3 potatoes.
  2. Peel 1 onion from the husk, place it whole on the halves of the potato and pour 2.5 liters of water.
    Add the potatoes to the pan, add the onion head and fill with water.
  3. We put the pan on a big fire, wait until the water boils, reduce the heat and cook vegetables for 5-7 minutes.
    Bring the broth to a boil.
  4. We wash the carcasses of fish under cold water, cut into large pieces and attach to cooked vegetables.
    Cut pink salmon into pieces and add to the broth.
  5. Add 1 tsp to water. salt and simmer for about 15 minutes.
    Add salt to the broth.
  6. Take the second onion, peel and cut into small pieces.
    Grind another onion.
  7. Cut the peel from carrots and grind it into small cubes.
    Cut the carrot into a small dice.
  8. The remaining 250 g of raw potato is cut into strips.
    Cut the potatoes into thin strips.
  9. In a pan, heat 1-2 tbsp. l sunflower oil, pour the onion there and fry for about 1 minute over low heat, stirring occasionally with a spatula.

  10. Add the carrot cubes to the fried onion and simmer them for about 1 minute, mixing with a spatula.
    Add carrots to the onion.
  11. We add 30 g of butter to the frying vegetables and, stirring constantly, wait until it melts, after which we immediately remove the pan from the heat.
    Add a piece of butter to the frying.
  12. We take ready-made fish and potatoes from the broth with a slotted spoon.
    We get the cooked fish from the soup.
  13. We no longer need the boiled onion head, so we pull it out with a slotted spoon and put it aside or throw it away.
    We also remove potatoes and onions from the pan.
  14. In boiling broth send potatoes, cut into strips, and cook for 5-7 minutes after boiling.
    We put chopped potatoes into the broth.
  15. On a dinner plate, knead the potato halves cooked in the broth with a fork until a smoothie without lumps is obtained.
    Knead large cooked pieces of mashed potatoes.
  16. We clean the fish from the skin and separate the fillet from the ridge and small bones, after which we cut it into pieces.
    Separate the fish from the seeds, cut into pieces.
  17. Add boiled potatoes, chopped into strips, add fried onions with carrots and cook for another 10 minutes until the potatoes are soft.
    We shift the frying into the soup.
  18. Now put mashed potatoes and fish fillet in the broth.
    Add fish and mashed potatoes.
  19. Add 1 bay leaf and pour 200 ml of cream.
    Put cream in the soup.
  20. Then we mix everything well and wait for our soup to boil, after which we immediately turn off the fire so that the cream does not clot.
    Add bay leaf and let the soup boil.
  21. Finely chop the dill, sprinkle the soup on top of it and let the dish brew for about 5 minutes, then pour the ladle on the plates and serve it on the table.
    Finely chopped dill can be added to the finished dish.
