  • knife;
  • deep big bowl;
  • tablespoon;
  • grater (optional);
  • deep large pan;
  • stove (hob);
  • towels or blanket.

Onion 0.5 kg
Sweet bell pepper 1,5 kg
Carrot 0.5 kg
Table Vinegar (9%) 250 ml
Salt 40 g
Granulated sugar 80 g
Vegetable Oil (Refined) 0.5 l
Ground black pepper 1 tbsp. l

Step cooking

  1. To start, prepare the vegetables. We thoroughly rinse and clean them. Ripe strong tomatoes (1.5 kg) are cut into thin half rings. Chives (0.5 kg) are chopped into thin rings. Then we take sweet bell pepper (1.5 kg), clean it from seeds and cut into thin strips. Determine the length yourself, as you like best. Cut carrots (0.5 kg) into thin strips or rub it on a coarse grater. All prepared vegetables are transferred to a large bowl (container).
    Cut all the vegetables.
  2. Add to the vegetables 40 g of salt, 80 g of sugar and 0.5 l of refined vegetable oil.
    Add vegetables, salt, sugar, vegetable oil.
  3. Pour 250 ml of table vinegar (9%) and add 1 tbsp. l ground black pepper. You can also add white and red peppers if you wish.

  4. Mix everything well.

  5. We take clean cans of 0.5 or 0.7 liters and lay out the salad in them.
    We put the salad in clean jars.

  7. Pour water into a deep pan and put our jars of salad in it. We put how much will fit. We put the pan with water and banks on the stove and sterilize for about 40-45 minutes.

  8. 45 minutes have passed, and the last thing we do is roll up the cans. Twist the lids tightly. Turn the cans lids down and cover with a towel or blanket. So we keep the banks for about a day.
