  1. Wash 700 grams of fresh cucumbers. Trim the ends of the fruit. It is better to take greenhouse cucumbers. If the vegetables are not young, the seeds must be removed from them. Cut each cucumber transversely into cylindrical pieces about 4-5 cm long. Cut the pieces lengthwise into narrow cubes. Transfer slices into a deep bowl.

  2. Wash and peel one medium carrot, grate the vegetable on a grater for Korean carrots. Grated carrots put in a bowl to pieces of cucumbers.
