Green beans 400 g
Garlic 3 cloves
Onion 2 pcs.
Fresh parsley 1 bunch
Canned corn 1 can
Salt 1 pinch
Pepper 2 pinches
Lemon juice 20 ml
Soy sauce 25 ml
Vegetable oil 2-3 tbsp. l

Step cooking

  1. For this warm salad, we will use frozen green beans. We send a pot of water to the fire, let it boil. Add 0.5 tsp. salt and pour 400 g of green beans.

  2. After the water boils again, boil the beans for 5 minutes. During such a cooking time, the bean pods are quite soft. If you want them to be crispy, boil not five minutes, but three. After cooking, throw the green beans into a colander, rinse with cold running water, let the excess liquid drain and leave it on demand. We clean two onions, rinse and cut into thin half rings.

  3. We clean three cloves of garlic, rinse, cut very finely or pass through the garlic.

  4. Wash a small bunch of parsley, dry with paper towels and chop finely. In addition to parsley, you can add other herbs, for example, cilantro or dill.

  5. We will fry all the ingredients for this warm salad in a wok pan. For some reason, it is in her that they turn out to be incredibly tasty. You can do the same or use another pan that is in your home. We send the pan to the fire, pour 2-3 tablespoons of vegetable oil, let it warm. We send the onion into the pan and fry until golden brown, stirring occasionally.

  6. Add garlic and simmer for another minute. At this time, open a can of canned corn weighing 340 g and drain excess liquid from it. In the pan we send green beans and corn, mix and fry for three minutes.

  7. Add salt to the salad, black pepper to taste, mix everything. Then add chopped parsley, 25 ml of soy sauce, 20 ml of lemon juice, mix everything and warm for another minute. Please note that soy sauce itself is salty, so do not add a large amount of salt. Warm salad with green beans is ready. Cover the serving dish with lettuce leaves and spread the salad. Serve immediately warm, this is how it turns out to be as delicious as possible.
