Step by step cooking

  1. We boil 500 g of water. In a pan we put 100 g of funchose, pour hot water, cover with a lid and leave for 10 minutes. Funchoza after this time will be completely ready. But if you wish, you can boil it. Boil glass noodles in salted water for 5 minutes. After that, recline in a colander, let the water drain. Add one teaspoon of vegetable oil, mix well. So the noodles will not stick together.
    Pour boiling water over funchose.
  2. While the funchose is infused, peel three carrots (300 g), rinse it. Take the choice of carrots seriously, the taste of the finished dish will depend on this. Choose hard, sweet carrots. If you cook a dish in the season of its growth, then young carrots will be the best for such a salad. For this salad, you can also use ready-made Korean carrots. It can be made independently or purchased ready-made in the store. Grate carrots for Korean carrots. If you don’t have one, you can cut it into very thin strips.
    Rub the carrots on a grater.
  3. We shift the carrots into a deep bowl, add the finished funchose to it, mix everything well.

  4. Add salt, ground pepper, a little hot pepper, one teaspoon of vinegar to taste, mix.

  5. We peel two cloves of garlic, rinse, rub on a fine grater or pass through the garlic and send to the salad.

Did you know? There is another interesting option for preparing a salad of funchose with carrots. To do this, take the onion, fry in vegetable oil until transparent. Add carrots to it, fry until soft. Add spices to the vegetables. Be sure to use hot and allspice, curry, garlic. You can add soy sauce or teriyaki sauce. If you add one of the sauces, then you do not need to add additional salt to the dish, because soy sauce is already salty. Add boiled funchose to vegetables, mix well.
