korean carrots 250-300 g
canned corn 1 can
mayonnaise (40-55% fat) 70-100 g

Step cooking

  1. We measure about 400 g of smoked chicken thighs, then remove the skin from them and carefully separate the meat from the bone. Instead of thighs, smoked chicken fillet is allowed, but the taste of the salad will change slightly.

  5. Open a can of canned corn and carefully drain the liquid. Send the corn in a bowl to the rest of the ingredients.
    Add corn to our salad.
  6. All components are mixed a little, then salt and add ground allspice, focusing on your own taste.
    Salt and pepper the dish to your liking.
  7. We spread the last 70-100 g of mayonnaise, and then carefully mix the ingredients.
    Dress salad with mayonnaise.
  8. Set the salad aside and let it brew for 10 minutes so that the components are slightly saturated with mayonnaise.
    Mix all the ingredients well.
  9. We transfer the finished dish to a salad bowl and offer our guests to taste it. If desired, the salad can be decorated with pomegranate seeds, laying out a beautiful pattern on its surface, or sprinkled with chopped fresh herbs parsley and dill.
    Smoked chicken and corn salad is prepared quickly, but is even suitable for serving on the festive table.
