Step cooking

  1. We take one onion, peel it and cut into small cubes with a kitchen knife.
    Grind onions.
  2. We turn on the gas or electric stove, set the pan to heat in sunflower oil and put the onion, previously chopped, and fry until golden brown. Make sure that the onion does not burn.
    Fry the onion in vegetable oil until golden brown.
  3. Next, we discard one can of canned beans in a colander and drain all the liquid from it, we will no longer need it. It is important to take only natural beans, without any unnecessary additives in the form of tomatoes or sugar. When the onion is fried to the state we need, add the beans to it and mix everything thoroughly with a kitchen spatula. Simmer for about 3-4 minutes over medium heat. If you have a pan with a thin bottom, then you can stew on a small fire.
    Add canned beans to the onion, mix.
  4. We send 2-4 tablespoons of Korean carrots and 1 teaspoon of tomato paste to a pan with beans and onions. All mix well.

  5. Simmer for about 1-3 minutes and add herbs, spices and salt to taste. In our recipe, we used fresh parsley and dill, ground dried coriander, black pepper, and dry garlic. You can use seasonings and herbs based on personal preferences.

  6. The dish is ready, you can serve it to the table. Such a salad is suitable as an independent dish, as well as a side dish for meat or fish. Enjoy your meal!
