  • several deep bowls;
  • mixer or blender;
  • cutting board;
  • sharp knife;
  • tablespoon.

Ingredients

Step cooking

Prepare the ingredients

  1. We send the pan to medium heat and warm it up well.
    Heat the pan.
  2. We spread 400 g of frozen champignons on a dry hot pan, where we leave them to defrost and fry.
    Put the frozen champignons in the pan.
  3. As soon as the mushrooms become soft and a lot of liquid appears, then completely drain the water and fry the mushrooms until all the moisture has evaporated.
    Drain the liquid formed in the pan and fry the mushrooms until soft.
  4. Add to mushrooms 15-20 ml of vegetable oil, as well as salt and pepper in accordance with personal taste. Fry the mushrooms until cooked, and then remove them from the stove and allow to cool to a warm state.
    When frying, add vegetable oil and salt to taste.
  5. We cut warm champignons into medium-sized pieces.
    Cut the fried champignons into pieces.
  6. We peel one large onion from the husk, and then rinse it with running water. Cut the onion into small cubes with a sharp knife.
    Grind onions.
  7. In a small saucepan, boil 1 chicken breast until tender. We take the meat out of the broth and allow the chicken to cool to a warm state. We disassemble the breast into small thin fibers with a length of 3 to 4 cm.

  1. Pour 15-20 ml of vegetable oil into the pan and warm it well. Pour the chopped onions onto the hot oil.
    Separately, fry the onions in a pan until soft.
  2. Fry the onion over medium heat until transparent.
    The onion should be soft.
  3. Mix the mushrooms and the fried onions in one bowl. At this stage, we try the mushrooms on the salt, and if necessary, add more.
    We shift the fried onions to the mushrooms.
  4. Add the chopped chicken there and stir everything thoroughly.
    Add chicken meat to the onion with mushrooms.
  5. In a separate container, break three chicken eggs. Add 20 g of mayonnaise and a little salt to the eggs.
    Separately, we take three eggs, mix with mayonnaise.
  6. Beat the ingredients with a mixer or blender until a homogeneous consistency is obtained.
    Beat the egg mass with a blender.
  7. We heat the pan on which the onions were fried, and pour a small amount of the cooked egg mass into it.
    Cook thin omelet pancakes in a pan.
  8. Fry the omelet on both sides until cooked. Do the same with the remaining egg mixture. On average, you should get 5-7 omelets.
    Fry the pancakes on both sides.
  9. We put the cooled omelets in a stack, and then twist them into a roll.
    Fold the finished pancakes one on top of the other and twist the roll.
  10. We turn the resulting roll onto a cutting board and cut it with a Christmas tree, like noodles.

    Add the omelet pancakes to the chopped ingredients.
  12. Separately finely chop one sprig of parsley and dill, which we also send to the salad. Last add the desired amount of mayonnaise and mix the components of the salad well. Set the salad aside for 10 minutes, allowing the components to soak in mayonnaise. We spread the treat in the form of a round lump, and then serve it on the table. If desired, you can leave a small amount of egg noodles and decorate the salad with it.
