Garlic 2 pcs.
Cherry tomatoes 35 g
Arugula 30 g
Parmesan 20 g
Shrimp 4 things.
Olive oil 3 tbsp. l

The big plus is that you can buy it at any time of the year. The grass is not so picky that any gardener can grow it even in a flower pot on the windowsill. For this recipe, we purchased in the store a small bunch of fresh arugula from a trusted seller.
  1. We send the pan to the fire, pour two tablespoons of vegetable oil, let it warm. We peel two cloves of garlic, send to a pan in a hot oil. Fry the garlic so that the vegetable oil is saturated with its aroma.

  2. We wash the bunch of arugula, let it dry. We send it to a deep salad bowl, in which we will prepare the dish. We wash 8 small cherry tomatoes, cut in half and send to the arugula. Instead of cherry, you can take ordinary tomatoes, but then cut them into small slices.

Otherwise, all the ingredients will start up the juice, and as a result, the salad will not be so tasty. It will not be difficult to do this, because the salad is being prepared in a matter of minutes. In the pan with garlic we send the peeled tails of king prawns. We are preparing a small portion of salad, so 4 shrimps are enough for us. Fry shrimp on both sides in literally one minute. During this time, they are well browned. We spread the shrimp tails on paper napkins, let the olive oil drain. Turn off the fire, we no longer need a pan.

  4. On each shrimp we make a cut from the middle to the end of the tail. So they will look more appetizing in the finished salad. We send the shrimp to the salad, add 1-2 tablespoons of olive oil, salt to taste, mix everything, the dish is ready.

  5. Rub 30 g of Parmesan cheese on the finest grater. Instead of parmesan, you can use any other kind of hard cheese. We shift the salad into a serving plate, give it the shape of a slide, take out a couple of shrimps and put them on top of the arugula. Sprinkle with grated cheese on top and can serve. The salad is very tasty, light. Suitable for a daily snack and for treating guests.
