Salad with spinach, tomatoes and sesame dressing 🥗

Sesame 20 g
Ground black pepper 1/4 tsp
Ground red pepper 1/4 tsp

Balsamic Vinegar 1 tbsp. l
Spinach 1 bunch
Cherry tomatoes 6 pcs
Butter 25 g
Champignon 5 pieces.

Step cooking

  1. Put a chicken egg (1 pc.) In a pot of water and cook hard-boiled on the fire.
    Hard boiled egg.
  2. Meanwhile, we put a frying pan near the fire, pour 20 g of sesame on it and fry it until light golden, stirring constantly.
    Fry sesame seeds in a dry frying pan.
  3. In a mortar or bowl from a blender add sesame, 1/4 tsp. black pepper, 1/4 tsp red pepper, 2 tbsp. l olive oil, 1 tbsp. l balsamic vinegar. Grind it all, making it as homogeneous as possible (so the taste of sesame will be maximally revealed).
    Cooking salad dressing.
  4. We clean the chicken egg and three on a fine grater. Add the grated egg to our sesame mixture.
    In the dressing on a fine grater we rub the egg.
  5. Wash a bunch of spinach, dry and remove the stems. Tear the leaves with our hands into pieces of medium size and put them in a deep container.
    Tear spinach into pieces and put in a deep salad bowl.
  6. Cherry tomatoes (6 pcs.) Are washed and cut into 2 parts (if the tomatoes are large enough, then you can cut into 4 parts). Add them to the bowl with spinach.
    Add the cherry tomatoes, cut in half, to the spinach.
  7. Next, add the resulting sesame dressing and another 1 tbsp. To the same container. l olive oil. Mix.
    Put the dressing in the salad, add the olive oil.
  8. Mushrooms (5 pcs.) Thoroughly washed and cut into thin slices.
    Slice the mushrooms.
  9. We put the pan on the fire. In it, add 1 tbsp. l olive oil and 25 g butter. When the butter has melted, add chopped mushrooms to the pan and fry for 5 minutes until golden (do not forget to stir them periodically).
    Fry the mushrooms in a pan.
  10. To the bottom of the dish for serving, lay the toasted champignons in an even layer.
    We shift the mushrooms on a serving dish.
  11. On top of the mushrooms spread the spinach-tomato mixture. Salad ready! You can serve it to the table and start the meal. Enjoy your meal!

Decoration and serving

When serving, such a salad can also be additionally decorated with peeled sunflower seeds, pine nuts, a slice of lemon or crispy grissini sticks. Before immediate use, you can also sprinkle this yummy with lemon juice.
