  3. Take a high baking dish, grease it with butter, put apples in powdered sugar on the bottom. On top of the apples, place a layer of the loaf soaked in eggs and cream, generously sprinkle with nutmeg, cinnamon, then place the layer of apples again, and so on until the end is filled. The top layer should be apple, sprinkled with powdered sugar.
