You will need:

  • wheat flour - 1.5 cups;
  • large oranges - 2-3 pieces;
  • chicken eggs - 3 pieces;
  • sugar - 1 cup;
  • soda - ½ teaspoon (or twice as much baking powder);
  • vinegar 9% (to extinguish soda) - 1 teaspoon;
  • salt - a pinch;
  • vanillin - on the tip of a knife;
  • cinnamon (optional) - 1 teaspoon.

Prepare the oranges: wash them, peel them, remove the white veins to the maximum (they are very useful, but they can give bitterness, although someone may like a bitterness), take out the bones, cut each slice into 2-3 parts. Cooking

  1. Prepare the fruits: wash them, remove the seeds and hard elements (skins, veins), cut into slices. Sprinkle them with sugar.
  2. Break the chilled eggs into a deep bowl and beat them with a mixer or blender until fluffy foam.
  3. Slowly pour sugar and continue whisking with a mixer until you get an airy consistency and the sugar is completely dissolved.
  4. Sift the flour (preferably twice so that the cake is more magnificent) and carefully pour it into the eggs, add vanillin. Gently mix with a large spoon, achieve a uniform consistency.
  5. Fruits can either simply be mixed in the dough, or layered in layers greased with butter (or margarine) form: dough, apples, dough, oranges, dough.

  1. Beat sugar and eggs in a deep bowl until lush foam (beat for at least 7 minutes).
