Cooking step by step

  1. Whisk sugar and eggs with a whisk.
  2. Slowly add flour with baking powder and vanilla.
  3. Free the apples from the middle and cut into slices.

  2. Beat eggs one at a time into a bowl and shake well with a mixer with sugar and vanilla.
