Ingredients

Vinegar 3 tbsp. l
Kebab seasoning 2 tbsp. l
Lemon juice 2-3 tbsp. l

Step cooking

  1. We prepare the ingredients. We wash the meat and cut into cubes.
    We cut the meat into slices.
  2. Add seasoning to the barbecue, pepper, one tablespoon of vinegar and salt.
    Sprinkle the meat with salt and spices.
  3. We also add lemon juice and mix the meat well so that it is properly marinated.
    Add lemon juice to the meat.
  4. We cover the meat with cling film and put it in the refrigerator (or in a cold place) for 6-8 hours to marinate.
    Tighten a bowl of meat with cling film and leave it to marinate.
  5. After a while, we begin to pickle the onions. To do this, cut the onion in half rings.

  6. Add the onion to the bowl, pour the sugar, two tablespoons of vinegar and four tablespoons of water there.
    Add sugar, vinegar and water to the onion.
  7. Mix all the ingredients well. Put the onions in the refrigerator for 1 hour.

  8. Prepare the sleeve. Put part of the onion at the bottom, then the kebab and lay the onion again on top.

  9. Juice, which remains from the onion, is also poured into the sleeve.

  10. We tie the sleeve and make a few holes in the sleeve with a needle so that air escapes.

  11. We spread the sleeve in a mold or on a baking sheet and send it to the oven preheated up to 240 degrees to bake. After 50-60 minutes we get the kebab and cut the sleeve. We send barbecue in this form to the oven for another 10-15 minutes.
    At the end of baking, we tear the sleeve so that the meat is browned.
