Ingredients

Pork (entrecote or neck) 1.5 kg
Onion 3 small pieces
Paprika 2 tsp
Kebab seasoning 2.5-3 Art. l
Salt 1-1.5 tsp

Step cooking

  1. Pre-washed under running water and dried meat is cut into pieces of the required size, commensurate with the size of the kebab.
