Chocolate cake in a slow cooker - a very simple recipe

  • deep capacity;
  • silicone spatula;
  • tablespoon;
  • deep plate;
  • culinary thread;
  • wooden toothpick;
  • knife;
  • knife for applying cream;
  • dessert plate.

Ingredients

Granulated sugar 300 g
Sunflower oil 60 g
Egg 2 pcs.
Softened butter 60 g + 10 g
Milk 280 ml
Flour 300 g
Cocoa powder 55 g
Soda 1.5 tsp
Vinegar 6% 1 tbsp. l
Salt 1 tsp
Mascarpone Cheese 250 g
Powdered sugar 100 g
Dark chocolate 50 g
Cream 20-33% 1 tbsp. l

Step cooking

Biscuit

  1. Pour 300 g of sugar, 55 g of cocoa powder, 300 g of flour, 1.5 tsp into a deep container. soda, 1 tsp. salt and mix everything thoroughly with a spatula.
    We combine all the dry ingredients to make a biscuit.
  2. Then add 2 eggs, 280 ml of milk, 60 ml of sunflower oil, 1 tbsp. To the dry mixture. l vinegar and 60 g butter.
    We introduce eggs, vinegar to the dry components, mix.
  3. Knead thoroughly with a silicone spatula until smooth.
    The dough is ready.
  4. The bottom and side walls of the multicooker bowl thoroughly lubricate 10 g of butter.
    A bowl of multicookers grease oil.
  5. Pour chocolate dough into the bowl, close the lid and set the “Baking” mode for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
    We spread the dough in the multicooker bowl, level it.
  6. At the end of this time, open the lid, and with a toothpick we check the readiness of the cake. To do this, immerse it in a biscuit, pull it out and see if it is wet.

  7. So that the biscuit does not fall, we leave the finished cake in the slow cooker for 10 minutes with the lid open.
    The finished biscuit should be left in the multicooker for another 10 minutes, so that it does not fall.
  8. After that, put the basket for the double boiler on the bowl, fix it, turn the bowl over, unfasten the clamps and remove the pan. For 2 hours, leave the biscuit to cool on the basket.
    Having removed the biscuit from the bowl, leave it to cool completely.
Important!If your pastries began to stick to the bowl, you need to put parchment paper on the bottom, after which it and the side walls of the bowl are greased with oil. If the paper is stuck to the cake, just hold it with a damp cloth and it will easily move away from the biscuit.

Cream

  1. In a deep plate, spread 200 g of Mascarpone cheese and 100 g of powdered sugar, then mix thoroughly until smooth.
    Add the icing sugar to the mascarpone cheese.
  2. Place the cooling cream in the refrigerator until it needs to be applied to the cakes.
    Stir, and the cream is ready.

Cake

  1. We divide the biscuit into 3-4 cakes, for this we make cuts with a knife, first from above.
    Using a knife and culinary thread, cut the biscuit into 3-4 cakes.
  2. After that, insert the culinary thread into them and connect its ends.
    It is convenient to cut the biscuit with culinary thread.
  3. Repeat this process 1-2 more times to get the planned number of cakes.

  4. On the lowermost cake layer, apply part of the cream, cover with the next cake layer on top, again cover the surface with cream, and continue until we use the last cake. The top of the cake is not covered with cream.

  1. Put in a bowl 50 g of dark chocolate, broken into small pieces, pour 1 tbsp. l cream and set the mode "Frying" for 18 minutes.
    In a slow cooker, melt the cream with chocolate.
  2. Stirring with a spatula periodically, we wait until the cream boils and the chocolate melts.
    Mix cream with chocolate until smooth.
  3. Put the obtained glaze on top of the cake and coat the sides.
    We cover the cake with the icing on top and sides.
  4. Top of the cake, if desired, is decorated with sweets or favorite berries.
    You can decorate dessert with fruits, berries and even sweets.
  5. Cut into portions, put with a spatula on a dessert plate and send to the table.
