Step cooking

  1. Put 60-70 g of raisins in a deep bowl, pour it with a cup of boiling water (about 200-230 ml).
    Pour raisins with boiling water.
  2. Peel 500-550 g apples (3-4 medium fruits) from the peel and middle.
    Wash and peel the apples.
  3. Pour 600 ml of cold water into a deep bowl and squeeze the juice of half a lemon.
    Squeeze the juice of half a lemon into the water.
  4. Cut the apples into small slices and dip in water with lemon juice.
    We eat apples in small pieces and spread in mind with a lemon.
  5. Put 50 g butter in a preheated pan and melt it.

  6. Catch apples from the water with lemon juice using a slotted spoon, put them in a pan and add 80 g of sugar.
