  • if you are cooking store-bought semi-finished products of machine sculpting (without a pigtail) or stuck together with a dumplings, carefully monitor the condition of the seam - if they are overexposed, they can stick out;
  • throw dough products only in boiled water, otherwise they may become sour;
  • to speed up the boiling of water, throw salt at the very beginning while the water is cold;
  • if the filling is already finished (for example, boiled potatoes), then cooking requires a minimum of time - only to prepare the dough.

  2. After boiling, pour the right amount of products with potatoes and mix them immediately so that they do not stick together.
  3. Stir them periodically until they boil.

  5. If the filling contains raw ingredients (for example, lard, onions, raw potatoes), then cook for at least 7 minutes.

  3. First, boil for 1 minute at 1000 watts (or until it boils), then reduce the power to 700 watts and cook for about 7 minutes.
  4. Without opening the microwave door, leave them there to “walk” for another 5 minutes.
  5. How long it takes to cook dumplings with potatoes in the microwave, also depends on its power. If it works at a maximum of 800 watts, then it may take a little longer to boil.

With cottage cheese

For steaming, pour 2-3 glasses of water into the multicooker bowl (it’s better to immediately boil water), place the container with the products and set the mode to “Steaming” for 10-15 minutes (the thicker the dough, the longer it takes to cook). Or you can simply pour boiling water into the bowl (do not forget to salt) and lower them directly into the water. Fresh homemade dumplings with cottage cheese will be enough for 3-4 minutes, frozen will take about 5-7 minutes.

With cabbage

Dumplings with cabbage - one of the most popular dishes at all times, but it can also be prepared in any way convenient for you.

If you cook in a slow cooker directly in the water, then cook with the finished filling for about 4-5 minutes (and with raw, respectively, longer - also try).

With cherry
