  • Now gently pry a finger and begin to take out the insides, trying to take out the gills along with the insides. In the end, it takes some effort.
  • Next, thoroughly wash the fish under running water. After this, it is necessary to remove the black film, which is located inside the mackerel, because it can produce bitterness. To do this, gently using a knife with scraping movements, we begin to clean it, and then, prying off with your fingers, easily remove it.
