  2. With a curly knife, we divide the total layer of dough into squares, which in turn are divided into identical triangles. Using a rolling pin, we roll out each triangle of dough to a finer state - 2-3 mm.

  3. Break 1 chicken egg into a bowl and shake it until smooth. Using a culinary brush, grease the tops of the triangles with an egg, without touching the edges, so as not to interfere with the dough when it comes to baking.

To make the taste better and more interesting, sugar can be mixed with poppy seeds, coconut flakes, cinnamon, chocolate chips, jam and other tasty ingredients at your discretion. Preheat the oven to 180ºС. We cover the baking sheet with baking paper, which you do not need to lubricate with anything, and put the puff pastry triangles on it. We bake for about 10 minutes (depending on the oven), and after the end of baking we do not immediately remove from the pan, but wait until it cools so that the moisture is evenly distributed inside the finished puff.
