Milk 70 ml

Step cooking

  1. Cut 3 kiwi in half, with a tablespoon, separate the flesh from the skin and send to the blender bowl.
    With a spoon, select the flesh from kiwi and send to the blender bowl.
  2. We peel one banana, cut it into slices and send it after the kiwi.
    Add banana to sliced ​​kiwi.
  3. Pour 1 tablespoon of liquid honey there.
    Add a spoonful of liquid honey.
  4. Put 2-3 ice cubes. Be careful here: not every blender is able to grind ice, and if yours does not have such a function, then at this stage do without this ingredient, just put it in a ready-made cocktail.
    We also put 2-3 ice cubes.
  5. Pour in 70 ml of milk.
    Top up milk.
  6. Whisk well at high speeds for several minutes.
    Beat the smoothie with a blender until smooth.
  7. Pour the resulting smoothie into a beautiful tall glass, insert a cocktail tube and enjoy a tasty and healthy drink.

There is no one right recipe for making this delicious cocktail. Smoothies - a thick drink made from whipped fruit with the addition of milk, yogurt, kefir, juice, ice cream. That is, if you wish, you can cook it from any fruit and dairy products that are at your fingertips.

  • Excellent combinations are obtained from kiwi and peach, strawberries, raspberries, cherries will never be out of place (but here you have to tinker, separating the bones).
  • If you want to give the cocktail a tropical flavor - add pineapple, mango.
  • Want freshness - use watermelon, melon, put a piece of mint.
The only thing to consider: if fruits contain a lot of acid, then fresh milk may curdle, so it is better to replace it with dairy products, such as yogurt or kefir.

Add them to the glass quite a bit - a teaspoon will be enough. In the liquid, they swell and give additional density.
