  • 500 ml glass for serving;

Ingredients

Goji berries contain a huge amount of vitamins and minerals useful and indispensable for the body: 18 amino acids, 21 minerals (potassium, sodium, calcium, magnesium, iron, copper, manganese, zinc and others), vitamins E, C, B1, B2, B6 , carotene, polysaccharides, as well as selenium and germanium, which prevent the formation of cancerous tumors, and physalin, used in the treatment of leukemia.

Goji is used for weight loss, restoration of liver and intestine functions, improves metabolism and hormone balance, soothes the nervous system, improves immunity, potency and endurance.

Banana (can be replaced with seasonal fruits) 1 PC.
Goji Berries (Dried) 1 tbsp. l
Cinnamon powder 1/2 tsp
Honey 2 tbsp. l
Kefir 1-2.5% 300 ml

Cooking sequence

  1. Peel the banana, cut into circles, put in a blender bowl.
    To make a banana smoothie, peel the ingredients.
  2. Add to the banana 1 tbsp. l goji berries, 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder, 2 tbsp. l honey, pour on top of 300 ml of kefir.
    Mix the ingredients with a banana smoothie.
  3. Grind the ingredients with a blender until smooth.

  4. Pour the finished smoothie into a glass for serving, immerse a tube for a cocktail in it.
