Vanilla 1 pod (can be replaced with 1-2 drops of vanilla extract)
Did you know? People around the world have long consumed a drink called smoothies. However, for us it is a true innovation. What is a smoothie and how does it differ from a cocktail more familiar to us? A cocktail is a drink that is prepared on the basis of any liquid - milk, juice, liquor, alcohol. Ice cream, fruits, jams, tinctures, spices are added to it. Its consistency is often quite liquid. Smoothies are prepared solely on the basis of fruits or vegetables, which are slightly diluted with milk or juice. Fruits are ground in a blender and turn into a kind of gruel. You can add oatmeal or nuts to it and lightly dilute it with liquid. Therefore, smoothies are usually quite a thick drink - a sort of liquid "puree". He is able to replace a real breakfast or snack!

Step cooking

  1. Peel two bananas in advance. Choose very ripe bananas - they will be more friable and sweet. Follow the rule: a slightly blackened skin is better than a green one in some places! Cut the peeled fruit into thick slices. Fold in a bowl and put in the freezer for a couple of hours.
    Fresh banana cut into circles and sent to the freezer.
  2. Just before you plan to make a smoothie, turn on the oven at 170-175 ° C. Cover a small baking sheet with a piece of foil (or parchment paper) and lay out the remaining third banana. Send it to bake for 10 minutes.
    Another banana is sent to the oven for 10 minutes directly in the peel.
  3. Remove the banana from the oven and immediately peel it to cool.
    We take out the baked banana from the oven and immediately cut the peel.
  4. Remove the frozen bananas from the freezer and put them in the blender's container (if the blender is submersible, then in a special plastic tall glass). Beat the banana slices until completely grated.

  5. Pour in milk and whisk again. Milk can be taken both ordinary (for children), and nonfat (for those on a diet), and even non-animal origin (for those who are allergic to lactose). The main thing is that it is fresh!
    Add milk to the blender and turn it on again.
  6. Carefully cut the vanilla pod with a knife and gently scrape off the seeds. We also send them to the blender and whisk again. If there is no vanilla in the pod - take the usual extract and add a couple of drops.
    Gently extract the seeds from the vanilla pod and add to the drink.
  7. Add the baked banana to the bowl and beat again. Bring to uniformity.
    The last thing we add is a baked banana and once again interrupt it all with a blender.
  8. That's all! Very tasty and healthy smoothie is ready! Enjoy your meal!
