Celery and Apple Smoothies - Great Breakfast Drink

Kitchen appliances and utensils:

  • cutting board;
  • kitchen knife;
  • a blender with a bowl (stationary or with a grinder);
  • 300-400 ml glass for supply;
  • a tube for a cocktail.

Ingredients

Celery stalks 3 pcs.
Medium Cucumber 1 PC.
Lime 1/2 fetus
Mint 1 bunch
Green apple 1 PC.
Ice 3-4 cubes
Purified water 200 g

These cocktails help burn fat in the body, reduce cholesterol, contain a large amount of antioxidants and vitamins, activate digestion, reduce cravings for sweets and strengthen the immune system. Smoothies may well appear as an original dessert or as an addition to breakfast, lunch or dinner. The ideal formula for a smoothie is the composition: 20% liquid, 30% greens, 50% vegetables and fruits.

Step cooking

  1. Using a knife, peel celery stalks (3 pcs.) From peel and hard fibers, cut them across into 2-3 parts. Cut the apple into 4-5 parts, cut the core. We cut the bitter edges of the cucumber, cut it lengthwise into four parts. At peppermint, we cut the stems and lightly pat the leaves in the palms for a more intense aroma. We leave some leaves for decoration.
    We prepare all the vegetables and fruits.
  2. We send all previously prepared ingredients to the bowl, add 200 g of purified water and 3-4 ice cubes.
    We put all the prepared components in the blender bowl.
  3. From 1/2 of the lime fruit squeeze the maximum amount of juice into the blender bowl.
    Squeeze the juice from one half of the lime directly into the blender.
  4. Turn on the blender at maximum speed, beat until smooth.
    We interrupt the vegetables with a blender until a smooth cocktail is obtained.
  5. Pour the finished smoothie from the bowl into the glass for serving, immerse the cocktail tube, decorate the side of the glass with celery or mint leaves. Enjoy your meal!
