  1. We prepare all the ingredients. It is important that the water and milk are warm - a little warmer than room temperature. Butter should be soft, so it’s better to get it out of the refrigerator on the eve of cooking for about 15 minutes. Sift the flour.
    We get oil in advance from the refrigerator to melt it.
  2. First, activate the yeast. To do this, add warm yeast, a teaspoon of sugar and a teaspoon of flour. Stir well. Leave the mixture until a foam cap appears.

  4. Break the egg into a separate bowl and shake with sugar.
