  2. We cut the dough into strips of 35-40 cm long and 3-4 cm wide. The dough layer is cut into narrow strips.
  3. Hard cheese weighing 100 g is cut into cubes, the length of which is at least 4 cm. cut hard cheese into thin sticks.
  4. We take a strip of dough and wrap a sausage and 1 or 2 cheese block in it. Wrap the sausage with two pieces of cheese with dough.
  5. The formed product is sent to a baking sheet, which was previously covered with foil or baking paper for baking. If using foil, then lightly grease it with vegetable oil. put the formed products on a baking sheet.
  6. In a separate bowl, beat the egg yolk and 10 ml of warm milk. We grease each product with the resulting mixture. lubricate the workpiece with a mixture of eggs and milk.
