Lemon juice 1 tbsp. l
Tomato sauce 200 ml
Flour 20 g
Water 500 ml
Vegetable oil 4 tbsp. l

Step cooking

  1. First of all, prepare the flour, it should be fried in advance. To do this, take 20 g of sifted wheat flour and bring to a beige color in a dry frying pan. So the flour will acquire an original flavor.
    The flour must first be fried.
  2. Peel 1 onion and cut into medium slices.
    Finely chop the onion.
  3. Take 1 carrot, peel and grate on a coarse grater.
    Three carrots on a grater.
  4. Remove the core of 1 pepper. Take red, so the sauce will get a saturated color. Cut into medium slices.
    Cut into slices of sweet pepper.
  5. Peel 3 cloves of garlic and cut it into 4 parts. Cut 2-3 tomatoes into a medium cube.

  6. Take a pan, pour 4 tbsp. l vegetable oil and heat. Be the first to send chopped onions to the pan. Sauté it until transparent over medium heat.
    First, fry the onion in vegetable oil.
  7. Add the grated carrots to the onion, mix and fry on low heat for another 2 minutes. Vegetables should not burn.
    Add carrot to the onion.
  8. Next, add chopped pepper and garlic, mix. Cover and simmer for 3-4 minutes.
    Next, add pepper and garlic to the pan.
  9. When the vegetables are stewed, add the fried flour, chopped tomatoes, 1/2 tsp. paprika, 1/3 tsp ground red pepper and 1 tsp. Sahara.
    Add flour, as well as tomatoes.
  10. Next, add 200 ml of tomato sauce, 1 tbsp. l lemon juice and 500 ml of hot water.
    Add water and spices to the gravy.
  11. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes.
    Let the sauce boil.
  12. Allow the sauce to cool slightly and grind it into a homogeneous mass using an immersion blender.
    Using a submersible blender, bring the sauce to uniformity.
  13. Cool the sauce to room temperature, store in the refrigerator.
    Fragrant buckwheat vegetable sauce is ready.
