Ingredients

  • Chicken Egg - 1 pc.
  • Dijon mustard - 1 tbsp. l + 1 tsp
  • Ground black pepper to taste
  • Garlic - 2 - 3 cloves
  • Worcester sauce - 3 tbsp. l
  • Anchovy fish sauce - 2.5 tbsp. l
  • Lemon - 2/3 pcs.
  • Sunflower oil - 3 tbsp. l
  • Grated Parmesan cheese - 6 - 7 tbsp. l
  • Olive oil - 3-4 tbsp. l
  • Mayonnaise - 3-4 tbsp. l

Step cooking

Classic Caesar Salad Sauce

  1. Immerse the chicken egg in boiling (but not yet boiling water) and take out literally in one minute. Just for a minute, immerse the egg in boiling water.
  2. In a small bowl we put 1 tbsp. l Dijon mustard. In the egg, which by this time we already managed to get out of the water, we make a small hole and select all its contents in a bowl with mustard. Pour the egg into a bowl with Dijon mustard.
  3. We also add a small amount of black pepper to the bowl. Add a little black pepper.
  4. We thoroughly mix the entire contents of the bowl with a whisk. Mix the sauce.
  5. Take 1 large or 2 medium cloves of garlic, grind them with garlic presses and also send to the bowl. Mix again. Add chopped garlic.
  6. Then add to our mixture 1.5 tbsp. l Worcester sauce and about the same amount of anchovy fish sauce. Mix. Add the Worcester sauce, as well as fish sauce.
  7. Squeeze juice from 1/3 of the lemon into the bowl. Squeeze the juice out of a third of the lemon.
  8. We begin to intensively whip the sauce with a whisk and at this time add 3 tbsp. l sunflower oil. Add vegetable oil.
  9. At the very end, add 3-4 tbsp to the sauce. l finely grated Parmesan cheese and again mix thoroughly the resulting mixture. Add grated parmesan to the sauce.
  10. At the end, if desired, you can also add 1 tbsp. l olive oil and mix again all together. You can also add some olive oil.
  11. Caesar salad dressing is ready! Classic Caesar Salad Sauce is ready.

Caesar salad dressing with mayonnaise

  1. In a small bowl add 3 - 4 tbsp. l mayonnaise (for the preparation of sauce it is better to take homemade mayonnaise). Put mayonnaise in a bowl.
  2. Then in the same bowl we put 1 tsp. Dijon mustard, 1 - 2 minced with garlic clove garlic, 1 tbsp. l anchovy fish sauce and 1.5 tbsp. l Worcester sauce. We add Dijon mustard, fish and Worcester sauce to mayonnaise.
  3. Thoroughly mix the entire contents of the bowl. Then add to the sauce 2 - 3 tbsp. l finely grated Parmesan cheese. Add the parmesan.
  4. Following Parmesan - a little lemon juice (also about 1/3 of the lemon) and 2 - 3 tbsp. l olive oil. Add olive oil as well.
  5. Whisk thoroughly with a whisk until smooth. Mix the sauce until smooth.
  6. Another version of the sauce is ready! We fill them with Caesar salad or serve on the table with meat, toast, french fries, etc. Caesar salad sauce prepared with mayonnaise is thicker.
