  • Tomatoes - 2 kg
  • Bell pepper - 500 g
  • Onions - 2 pcs.
  • Fresh parsley - 40 g
  • Fresh cilantro - 40 g
  • Sugar - 90 g
  • Salt - 15 g
  • Vinegar 9% - 60 g
  • Garlic - 3-4 cloves
  • Hot peppers to taste
  • Bay leaf - 3 pcs.
  • Nutmeg - 2 g
  • Allspice peas - 6 pcs.
  • Black peppercorns - 6 amount
  • Suneli hops - 30 g

Step cooking
