  • Garlic - 80 g

Step cooking

  1. Thorns (2 kg) thoroughly rinse in water and pat dry with a towel. Cut the fruits of the turn into halves and remove the seeds. Cut the turn in half and remove the seeds.

  12. Remove the finished sauce from the fire, pour into sterilized jars, if you plan to leave it for the winter, or in any other convenient sterilized dish. such a thorn sauce can be rolled up for the winter.
